On behalf of Teads, 23 Layers produced the first-ever Converge Summit, high-touch meeting of the minds where guests were able to connect over a two-day summit held at Gurney’s Montauk. The Summit kicked off with a Welcome Party on the top deck overlooking the ocean. The next day, guests started with morning activities before heading into content sessions with industry speakers, followed by breakouts and a local wine tasting.  The night began with intimate conversations while dining at Scarpetta, and finished with late-night cocktails and connections at the beachside fire pit. 

The converge message was carried throughout, using it in every moment. Guests networked while having cocktails at the "Converge + Shake It Up" bar, refueled at the "Converge + Pour A Cup" coffee bar, and grabbed a fresh press at the "Converge + Refresh" juice cart.  Teads hotel keys + playful Montauk guides ensured guests knew the lay of the land. The acrylic wood badges with the event schedule etched on the back ensured attendees knew where to be at all times.
